On the Maleo website www.maleo.ge, you can purchase insurance coverage for your shipment to protect against loss.

Insurance option may be selected on the Maleo website only for declared items and only before they leave Maleo International Exchange Center.  

Insurance premium is 5% of the item’s declared value. 

Georgian Post does not provide insurance against complete or partial damage of the contents of mailpieces. Such damage is due to deficient packaging, and Georgian Post shall not bear responsibility for the poor quality of packaging and consequent damage of contents since the Maleo International Exchange Center receives mailpieces already packaged by a third party.
